What Comes in the Jewellery Return Pack

Here’s the envelope you’ll be getting in the mail from Cash4Gold. It should arrive at your home within about three or four days after putting in your request for the FREE Jewellery Pack, depending on the speed of mail.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A special welcome letter from our CEO Jeff Aronson
• An informational brochure explaining our process: the 3 easy steps, payment methods and a description of gold contents
• A durable, sealed plastic bag for your gold items
• A Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for return insured up to £500 at no cost to you (You should take out additional insurance if you feel your items are worth more.)


This is one side of the Cash4Gold informational brochure. The main things here are a reiteration of our satisfaction promise to you, selecting a payment method, and a quick explanation of what to do next.

This is the other side of the Cash4Gold informational brochure. This is the most important section for you, it is the Description of Contents. Here, you should list out everything that you are shipping so that when Cash4Gold receives your Pack we can confirm that everything was received.

This is the pouch into which you will place your items. It’s a thick and durable plastic bag to securely hold your items.

And just in case you aren’t sure what to do, the instructions on our 3 easy steps are clearly written on the bag.

You will also receive a Royal Mail Special Delivery secure envelope into which you will put the jewellery pouch and Cash4Gold insert. You will notice that there is no mention of Cash4Gold or any indication that there are “valuables” contained inside. It is a generic envelope. This is important when keeping your items safe in transit.

Also note the “Tracking #” at the top. You can track your Pack online during the process.

Finally, note that the Special Delivery envelope’s postage has been pre-paid, so there is no cost to you! Each of these Special Delivery envelopes are insured up to £500. If you feel that your items are worth more, we encourage you to purchase additional insurance on your own.
