Track your Pack!

Once we receive your Jewellery Return Pack at our state-of-the-art facility we can provide you with an updated status on your package.

1. Find your customer number on the pre-paid return envelope that arrived in your pack. Where is my Tracking Number?
2. Enter your customer tracking number into the “Track Your Pack!” below.

Please consider that it can take 3 to 5 business days from the day you mail your pack with Royal Mail to the day we process your pack at our facility.
